These plain-language terms describe what it means to request and conduct a GuardResolution Microsoft 365 Security Baseline Review.
GuardResolution is the service name used on this site. Legal entity details, governing law, venue, payment terms, and any dispute, indemnity, or warranty provisions require owner review before they are added.
Request authorization
Only request a review you are allowed to request.
By submitting a request, you represent that you are authorized to act for the named organization and to ask GuardResolution to discuss the requested review. You authorize GuardResolution to contact you about the request and to conduct only the scope agreed before work begins.
By checking the acknowledgment, you accept these request-stage statements and the Privacy Policy. The acknowledgment is not a complete engagement contract and does not authorize access beyond the scope agreed before work begins. A separate written agreement may be needed before access, paid work, or any change to a Microsoft 365 environment begins.
Scope is confirmed during intake and may cover controls such as multifactor authentication, administrator access, inactive accounts, email protection, and device protection where available in the customer's Microsoft 365 setup.
The review and report rely on the information and access made available. Findings are not a promise that every setting, dependency, or risk has been discovered.
The client is responsible for accurate information, appropriate authorization, backups, change approvals, business continuity decisions, and the security of credentials or access methods it provides.
Use least-privilege or read-only access where practical, do not share secrets in the request form, and revoke temporary access when the agreed work ends.
What this service does not promise
Useful findings, with honest boundaries.
Not continuous monitoring
A baseline review is a point-in-time assessment. It does not watch your tenant, users, devices, or alerts continuously after the agreed review ends.
Not implementation or remediation
The standard review produces findings and recommendations. Changes, configuration work, and remediation are separate work that must be scoped and approved.
Not legal or compliance advice
The review is a practical security assessment, not legal advice, an audit opinion, a compliance certification, or a determination that an organization meets a specific framework.
No guarantee of protection
Recommendations can reduce risk when implemented appropriately, but no review or security service can guarantee prevention of every incident, loss, or compromise.
